"Claim took a while, but it got sorted"
I had to chase up my compensation claim with a few emails, though to be fair I probably wasn’t super patient because I needed the money back sooner than expected. It took longer than I would’ve liked, but Frenchbee did reply and paid it in the end. Not a perfect experience, but fair enough...

My suitcase did make it, but it came about 30 minutes late and looked a bit messy. Nothing was missing, so it wasnt a disaster, but I wouldnt call them super reliable with bags

My flight ended up being overbooked and I got denied boarding, so yeah, my first reaction was basically, “great, this is going to be a mess.” I kind of used the usual shortcut in my head and assumed it would be a nightmare. But the desk staff were surprisingly calm, explained the options clearly, and got me onto the next flight with the compensation taken care of. I did have to wait around, which wasn’t fun, but they followed through on what they promised. Not ideal by any means, but I walked away feeling like they handled it fairly.

"Canceling Was Easier Than I Expected"
I had to cancel my flight and, i was ready for it to be a whole hassle. I mean, I thought it was going to be a pain, but the refund form was actually simple. They sent email updates along the way, and the money came back in about two weeks. Not super fast, but totally fair, and I didn’t have to keep chasing anyone...

"Boarding was way more confusing than it needed to be?!"
Boarding with French Bee was a bit of a mess. The staff were nice enough, but the lines were confusing and there really wasn’t much information being given. I did get on the plane in the end, so it worked out, but wow, it definitely wasn’t the smoothest experience?!

When I got on, the plane actually felt really clean. The seats and tray table looked fresh, which was a nice surprise... and even the bathroom stayed decent during the flight, so I was happy with it...

"WiFi was better than I expected"
I booked French Bee and was most worried about being stuck offline the whole flight, but the WiFi ended up working well for me. I was able to message my family, check some emails, and scroll a little without any major drops. It definitely wasn’t home-internet fast, but for being on a plane, I thought it was totally fine. Connecting was easy too. Did anyone else have the same experience with their WiFi being better than expected?

The special assistance team was so kind and quick with my mom. they showed up so fast it felt like they were waiting just around the corner. They made everything much easier for us and were really thoughtful the whole time.

"Actually comfy seats"
I flew with Frenchbee the seats were way more comfortable than I expected. There was something about it... maybe the legroom or the cushion, but I didn’t feel as cramped as I usually do. I even managed to sleep a little, which almost never happens for me on flights.

"Good value and a smooth trip"
I booked with French bee because the fare was much cheaper than the other options, and I’ll admit I wasn’t totally sure what to expect at first. In the end, everything went smoothly. The seat was comfortable enough, the flight left on time, and I liked being able to just pay for the extras I actually needed. For the price, I felt it was a solid and honest deal. I’d definitely consider flying with them again for another budget-friendly trip.

"Pretty Impressed with the Food"
I flew with frenchbee recently i was pleasantly surprised by the meals. I wasn’t expecting much since it’s airplane food, but everything was warm, tasty, and actually filling. The dessert was a nice little bonus too. The staff got everything served quickly, so the whole meal service felt smooth and easy. For a long flight, the food definitely made the trip better. I’d happily fly with them again

"They Kept Me Updated"
They did keep me posted throughout the process, which I appreciated. I just wish I didn’t have to put in so much effort checking in and following along myself. Overall, the updates were helpful, but it still felt like more work on my end than it should’ve been.
